About us:
SOS Children's Villages is a non-governmental, non-profit social organization founded in Austria in 1949 and operating in Indonesia since 1972, with a mission to ensure that children who have lost parental care receive a loving family and home. The organization has eight villages in various cities across Indonesia and runs two main programmes: Village (childcare in foster families with SOS mothers) and Family Strengthening for vulnerable families.

Mission of the Position:

Guiding the personal development of the young adults

Creating opportunities for contact with the young adult’s family of origin, SOS family and community

Supporting the educational and career development of the young adults

Supporting SOS mothers and village life

Performing administrative and managing duties

Protecting children, adolescents, adults, and assets in accordance with safeguarding policies and in line with the assigned duties and responsibilities.
Job Requirements:

Female
-
Minimum age: 30 years old

Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare, Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Philosophy

Proficient in Microsoft Office application
-
At least 2 years of working experience in a related field and have social worker certification
-
Have relationships with government and private institutions
-
Full time with long term commitment

Willing to travel as required
