About us:
SOS Children's Villages Indonesia is a non-governmental, non-profit social organization founded in Austria in 1949 and operating in Indonesia since 1972, with a mission to ensure that children who have lost parental care receive a loving family and home. The organization has eight villages in various cities across Indonesia and runs two main programmes: Village (childcare in foster families with foster mothers) and family strengthening for vulnerable families.

Mission of the position:
The mission of the Telemarketing Fundraiser is to serve as the vital, human connection between a compassionate public and our life-changing work, transforming empathy into actionable hope and financial support through the power of purposeful conversation. Protect children from all forms of mistreatment based on the best interests of the child, in accordance with duties and responsibilities.
Job Requirements:

A degree or college-level coursework in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for logging interactions and data entry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office application.

Indonesian and English language proficiency (oral and written).

Travel on business trips if needed.
